If you haven’t tried Detroit Style Pizza, you haven’t lived.

DSP is the next big thing in pizza and a world away from our usual Neapolitan style. The light, fluffy base is cooked in a steel square pan to create the distinctive shape and crispy texture. We add slow cooked marinara sauce, a range of different toppings (see the menu below) and a special blend of cheeses which form the infamous crispy cheese edge (the FRICO!)

The Fat Crust are bringing DSP to South East London and there’s nowhere more fitting than the incredible Fourpure Taproom in Bermondsey. If there’s one thing that sets off a DSP perfectly, it’s a good beer!

Every Friday, we serve nothing but DSP. We do accept walk ins, but strongly recommend pre-ordering your pizza to avoid missing out.
